1. What services do you offer?
We provide bottled water delivery, dispenser rentals, and water filtration system installation and maintenance.
2. Which areas do you serve?
We deliver within Petaling Jaya and selected areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Please contact us to confirm if your area is covered.

3. How do I place an order?
You can place an order via WhatsApp, phone call, or our online order form (coming soon).
4. When will my water be delivered?
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Same-day or next-day delivery depends on the time the order is placed.
5. Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery within 10km of SS2 is free with a minimum order. For other areas, charges may apply.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery, and selected e-wallets (TNG, GrabPay).
7. Can I cancel or get a refund?

8. Do you rent or sell dispensers?
Yes, we offer both rental and purchase options for hot/cold water dispensers. Contact us for pricing and packages.
9. Do you service or clean dispensers?
Yes. We offer scheduled maintenance and cleaning for rented units, and on-request service for purchased units.
